Is the confirm button grayed out, not working, or disabled in League of Legends (LoL)?
I’ve faced this issue multiple times in the game, and I finally found a solution.
I managed to find the solution after countless of attempts at trying to fix it.
This includes restarting my PC, restarting the Riot Client, relogging, and more to no avail.

How to Fix Failed to receive platform SIPT in League of Legends
Fix 1: Connect to your mobile hotspot temporarily
- Turn off your Wi-Fi.
- Connect to your mobile hotspot.
- Open the Riot Client and launch League of Legends.
- Close League of Legends.
- Disconnect your mobile hotspot.
- Turn back on your Wi-Fi.
- Open the Riot Client and launch League of Legends.
Fix 2: Change security protocols
- Search for “Internet Options” using Windows Search and open it.
- Select the “Advanced” tab and scroll down.
- Uncheck “Use SSL 3.0”.
- Check “Use TLS 1.0”, “Use TLS 1.1”, and “Use TLS 1.2”.
- Uncheck “Use TLS 1.3”.
- Select “Apply” and “OK”.
- Open the Riot Client and launch League of Legends.
Fix 3: Change your network adapter properties
- Search for “ncpa.cpl” using Windows Search and open it.
- Right-click your Wi-Fi and select “Properties”.
- Uncheck “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) > OK.
- Search for “cmd” using Windows Search and run it as an administrator.
- Type these commands, one after another:
- netsh winsock reset
- netsh int ip reset
- netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
- ipconfig /flushdns
- ipconfig /registerdns
- Turn off your PC.
- Turn off your router and turn it back on after 10 seconds.
- Turn on your PC.
- Open the Riot Cliet and launch League of Legends.
