- Get Bubblefilled Flounder from the Auction House or loot at /way #2022 19.4 36.3 in Waking Shores (must be dead to loot).
- Feed the Bubblefilled Flounder to Hek the Hungry Hornswog at /way #2022 68 66. He drops a Duck Egg.
- In Valdrakken, place the egg at the duck nest /way #2112 39.8 78.7 to get Tuskarr Dinner Bell.
- Go to Forbidden Reach, find invisible To’no (stand directly on him), and choose the second dialogue option (about the bell) to receive Oddsight Focus.
Obtaining the Oddsight Focus automatically lights up the 10th orb on the Felcycle clock in Karazhan Catacombs and grants a 3-hour Gift of Oddsight buff that shows two changing numbers (likely clues for future steps).
