Here’s how to do the Underworld Go Round quest in WoW:

1. Talk to Linny Leadfinger in Azj-Kahet, The Weaver’s Lair (55.73 43.73) to start the quest.
2. Talk to Yamas the Provider beside the Renown Quartermaster (55.32 41.43).
3. Select “What do you have for sale?” and buy an item (e.g. Dubious Vial of Vigor) with Kej.
4. Go back to Linny Leadfinger and talk to him to complete the quest.

Tip: You can sell the item back to Yamas the Provider after completing the quest to get your Kej back.
