You can obtain pets by buying Pet Eggs from the Pet Shop or Event Shops and hatching them.
To hatch an egg, you must place it on an empty spot in your garden and wait for the hatching period.

The Golem in Grow a Garden is a Mythical pet that was added in the Beanstalk Update.
You can get it from the Sprout Egg from Goliath’s shop at a 6% chance.
To unlock the shop, you and other players must fully grow the beanstalk (you must contribute at least twice).
The Golem advances the mutation machine’s time by ~61 seconds every ~5 minutes.
