You can obtain it from the Enchanted Egg at a 15% chance.
To obtain the egg, you must offer Glimmering plants to the Wishing Well.
The Imp will invite the player to chase it and catching it will grant a random reward.
The rewards include 1-3x Reclaimer, 1-3x Trading Ticket, 1-3x Event Lantern, 1-2x Mutation Spray Glimmering, 1-3x Harvest Tool, or 1-3x Grandmaster Sprinkler.
