After unlocking Cognitohazard, go to the dimension it unlocks: DIMENSION-5: Quiet.

  1. Enter DIMENSION-5: Quiet.
  2. Reset your character inside the dimension.
  3. An orange orb (particle) will fly off your forcefield after resetting.
  4. Click the orange orb to unlock the Agent Orange secret.

Explanation

Agent Orange is a timing-based secret that only appears after unlocking Cognitohazard. Upon resetting in the Quiet Dimension, a unique orange particle detaches from your forcefield.

Clicking this particle before it disappears immediately awards the secret. The secret is linked to the Box of Death structure and has a rating of 980.
