Fix 1: Delete user preferences
- Open the File Explorer.
- This PC > Windows (C:) > Users.
- Your username > Saved Games > God of War Ragnarok.
- Open the numbered folder (e.g. 1113942969).
- Delete the “userpreferences” file.
- Launch God of War Ragnarok and set the brightness, HDR, etc.
- Set “Allow data collection” to “Limited”.
