You can farm a lot of Bloodspines in Barrenstown.
Barrenstown is at the south of the Football Field.
You can also find Aberrants in the same area.
An Aberrant is a smaller version of a Bloodspine.
Their drops include Heart of summit, Landsource, Rockcore, and others.
