How to Buy BNB When Not Available on Trust Wallet

Are you unable to buy BNB (Smart Chain) on Trust Wallet?

If you’re trying to buy BNB on Trust Wallet, you might get a “Not Available” error.

Trust Wallet has a few payment networks that allow the purchase of cryptocurrencies on the app.

They are constantly finding easier and cheaper ways for users to fund their wallets.

However, the payment network fees are very high—up to 5%.

As a result, your profits will be minimized.

Moreover, BNB might not be available at times—but why is this the case?

In this article, you’ll learn why BNB is not available on Trust Wallet, and how to buy it.

Why is BNB not available on Trust Wallet?

BNB not available on Trust Wallet

BNB is not available on Trust Wallet because there is an extremely high demand for BNB.

When the demand for BNB is too high, the service will experience interruptions.

Hence, you won’t be able to buy BNB until there is lesser demand.

When this happens, the technical team of the service will be working to fix the interruptions.

In the meantime, you need to wait for 30 minutes to an hour before trying again.

Alternatively, you can try contacting the cryptocurrency provider that you’re facing the issue with.

Trust Wallet has multiple cryptocurrency providers including “Simplex”, “MoonPay”, “Wyre”, and “Mercuryo”.

If you’re trying to buy BNB via Simplex on Trust Wallet but it’s not available, you can try contacting Simplex for help.

In addition, make sure to check their system status for more information.

If there are delivery delays or purchasing issues, they’ll be shown on Simplex’s system status page.

How to buy BNB when not available on Trust Wallet

To buy BNB when it is not available on Trust Wallet, you can use Binance.

Then, transfer your BNB from Binance to Trust Wallet.

Binance is the most popular cryptocurrency exchange by volume.

In addition, it has one of the lowest fees with a 0.1% spot trading fee.

Trust Wallet has multiple cryptocurrency providers including “Simplex” and “MoonPay”.

However, their fees are extremely high.

Simplex’s spot trading fees range from 2.5% – 5%, while MoonPay charges 4.5% per transaction, with a minimum fee of $4.99.

Hence, buying BNB from Trust Wallet is not recommended as your profits will be minimized.
