How to Fix Can’t Login to Heartopia

Fix 1: Enable “Local network access”

  1. Log in to Heartopia using Google, Apple, or Facebook.
  2. On the log in page, select the filter icon on the URL field.
  3. Enable “Local network access” and select “Allow”.

Fix 2: Accept the network pop-up

  1. One Chrome, select the three dots on the top-right.
  2. Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings.
  3. Select “login-xdsdk.xd.com” and select “Reset permissions”.
  4. Try logging in to Heartopia and accept the “Allow xd to connect to any device on your network” pop-up.

Fix 3: Disable ad-blocker extensions

  1. Open Chrome and select the puzzle icon on the top navigation bar.
  2. Select “Manage extensions”.
