How to Change Name in Honkai Star Rail

To change your name in Honkai Star Rail, you need to open your in-game phone and select the three dots.

After you’ve selected the three dots, select “Trailblazer Profile”, and select the edit icon next to your character’s name to change it.

Here’s how to do this (expand the screenshots above):

  1. Open your in-game phone.
  2. Select the three dots and select “Trailblazer Profile”.
  3. Select the edit icon next to your name to change it.

Do note that you can only change your name once every 70 hours.

Hence, you need to think twice before changing your name.
