You can obtain it from crafting during the Smithing Event.
To craft it, you must have 1x Orange Tabby, 2x Legendary Coal, and 8.5 million Sheckles.
The Cheetah occasionally turns you into a cheetah for a duration (harvested fruit during this time have a chance to get the Wildfast mutation).
