The Chilled mutation gives crops a 2x multiplier.
It causes crops to turn bluish in color and emits ice particles.
A fully grown crop can obtain this mutation during the Frost weather event (25% chance to replace Rain).
The Chilled mutation can also be applied by the Polar Bear or using a Mutation Spray Chilled on a crop.
