To collect a yellow lotus in Diablo 4, you need to go north of Ritual Grounds.
To get there, go to the north until you reach the end of the swamp and interact with the Yellow Lotus Growth.

- Go north of Ritual Grounds (until you reach the end of the swamp).
- Interact with the Yellow Lotus Growth.
After you’ve interacted with the Yellow Lotus Growth, a Yellow Lotus will drop to the ground.
Collect the Yellow Lotus and your next objective is to return to the ritual site.
