Here’s how to convert MKV to MP4 in OBS (automatically):

1. Launch OBS and select “File” on the top navigation bar.
2. Select “Settings” to open your settings.
3. Select “Output” on the left sidebar.
4. Click on the “Recording Format” dropdown box.
5. Select “MPEG-4 (.mp4)” as the recording format.
6. Select “Apply” followed by “OK”.

Now, after you’ve recorded a video, it will automatically be converted into MP4.

You don’t need to manually convert the video from Matroska video (MKV) to MPEG-4 (MP4) anymore.
