Fix 1: Turn off the “Search” feature

  1. Go to DeepSeek and log in to your account.
  2. Select the “Search” icon to turn it off.
  3. Try entering a prompt again.

Fix 2: Wait until the API/Chat service is back up

  1. Check DeepSeek’s status here: https://status.deepseek.com/.
  2. Scroll down and check the API Service and Web Chat Service status.

Fix 3: Delete browser/app cache
