You can use Dimensional Soul Shards in Throne and Liberty to craft Equipment Selection Chests (Guaranteed Epic Gear).
You can also use them to craft Dimensional Essence: Salvation or a Common Trait Unlockstone Bundle.
A Dimensional Essence: Salvation is used to craft Epic Weapons and a Precious Epic Accessory Selection Chest.
On the other hand, a Common Trait Unlockstone Bundle drops Trait Unlockstone x3, which can be used to unlock traits from equipment.
