Here’s how to Dress Up the Mannequin in the Camp with Tires in Goat Simulator 3:

  1. Travel to Pilgor Town in the Baadlands map.
  2. Find the raider camp with the mannequin (usually one of the bandit/raider outposts near or around Pilgor Town).
  3. Locate car tires scattered around the camp or nearby areas (small/regular car tires work; large/big tires do not count).
  4. Pick up each tire by licking or grabbing it, then place or throw them onto the mannequin to “dress” it.
  5. Continue until the mannequin is fully dressed with enough tires and the Instinct completes.
