- Travel to Pilgor Town in the Baadlands map.
- Find the raider camp with the mannequin (usually one of the bandit/raider outposts near or around Pilgor Town).
- Locate car tires scattered around the camp or nearby areas (small/regular car tires work; large/big tires do not count).
- Pick up each tire by licking or grabbing it, then place or throw them onto the mannequin to “dress” it.
- Continue until the mannequin is fully dressed with enough tires and the Instinct completes.
