How to Fix Epic Games Error II-E1003
To fix Epic Games Error II-E1003, you can try clearing Epic Games’ cache.
You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling Epic Games or verifying the game files.
Fix 1: Clear Epic Games’ cache
- Search for “Run” using the Windows Search Bar and press “Enter”.
- Search for “%localappdata%” and select “OK”.
- Delete the “EpicGamesLauncher” folder.
- Delete the “Epic Games” folder.
- Restart your computer and try installing or launching the game again.
Fix 2: Uninstall and reinstall Epic Games
- Open the Start menu and select “Settings”.
- Apps > Apps & Features > Epic Games Launcher.
- Three dots > Uninstall > Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Reinstall the Epic Games Launcher.
- Open the Epic Games Launcher and try installing or launching the game again.
Fix 3: Verify the game files
- Open the Epic Games Launcher and log in.
- Select “Library” and find the game that failed to launch.
- Click on the three dots on the game.
- Select “Manage” followed by “Verify”.
- Try launching the game again.
