Fix 1: Disable the EA overlay
- Launch the EA app and select your profile icon.

- Launch the Nvidia app and select “Graphics”.

- Turn off “Smooth Motion”.
- Try launching the game again.
Fix 3: Turn off anti-lag (for AMD)
- Launch the AMD Radeon Software and select “Settings”.
- Select “Graphics” and select “Gaming”.
- Turn off “Radeon Anti-Lag”.
- Try launching the game again.
Fix 4: Update your graphics card
- For Nvidia: Visit nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/download/ > Download Now > open the app > sign up or log in > Drivers > Download.
- For AMD: Visit amd.com/en/support > Download > open the app > follow the on-screen instructions to update your graphics card.
