He can be found in the small stronghold northwest of the Seventh Day Forest, in Heely’s Secret Base South.
The base can be accessed by climbing on top of a ladder.
Fifis can be seen standing inside the building.
You can find Hyena thugs and elites roaming around in the same area.
Fifis is quite easy to defeat because he is a Hyena.
After you’ve defeated him, you’ll get the “Fifis” achievement.
You’ll also receive EXP as a reward.
