- Travel to Newtown in the Baadlands map.
- Go to the big gold suction pipe with the floor button underneath.
- Lick the 2 nearby oil barrels and throw them under the pipe to deliver them.
- Pause > Return to Main Menu > Reload the save (barrels respawn).
- Repeat until you have delivered 20 oil barrels.
- Press the button on the floor vault to unlock the helicopter.
