To find a way to stop the birth of the Amalgam of Rage in Diablo 4, you need to defeat the Wargs, Werewolves, and Winter Hunters.

At 1/4 Health, the Amalgam will spawn and you have to take it to 1/8 Health to end the fight.

Here’s how to do this (expand the screenshots above):

  1. Defeat the Wargs, Werewolves, and Winter Hunters.
  2. At 1/4 Health, the Amalgam of Rage Gestation will spawn.
  3. Avoid getting swarmed by the minions.
  4. Take the Amalgam to 1/8 Health and Lilith will call for it.

Lilith will call the Amalgam to come to her and the fight will end.

The Amalgam will jump over a wall and leave some loot behind it.
