To get a free PayPal account, you need to go to PayPal.com and click on “Sign Up”.

However, the service has multiple fees that you’ll be charged per transaction.

PayPal fees for the US range between 1.9% to 3.5% per transaction.

For receiving Domestic transactions like invoicing, checkout, and guest checkout, there is a fee of 3.49% + a fixed fee.

There are also fees for currency conversations when sending payments or receiving refunds.

The currency conversion fee for America is 4.5% while Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and South East Europe is 4%.
