To get the Earthquake TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you need to defeat 5 trainers in the Asado Desert.

After you’ve defeated 5 trainers, talk to the NPC at the Pokemon Center north of Cascarrafa.

Here’s how to get the Earthquake TM:

  • Defeat 5 trainers in the Asado Desert.
  • Talk to the NPC at the Pokemon Center north of Cascarrafa.

When you talk to the NPC, he’ll give you Earthquake – TM149.

Here’s what he’ll say, “Hello there, I’m a Pokemon League rep! Been having some nice Pokemon battles?”.

“So far, you’ve defeated 5 Trainers here in Asado Desert!”.
