Another location to get it is to go to the Institute of Natural Philosophy and open the Precious Chest in a room with a Hydroculus.

- Location 1: Go to Narzissenkreuz Ordo inside the Institute of Natural Philosophy and open the Precious Chest to obtain a Drained Conch Cup.
- Location 2: Go to the Institute of Natural Philosophy and open the Precious Chest in a room with a Hydroculus.
Currently, there is no known use for the Drained Conch Cup.
The item might be required for a future update in the game.
