Social media users usually include a Beacons.ai link in their bio to mask certain links.
Other users include them to include multiple links.
In this case, Goxixha included an affiliate link to a dating site.
Hence, the whole incident is an elaborate scam to get people to sign up for the dating site.
@goxixha frequently sets up these gimmicks to get conversations for sign-ups or sales.
The account purposefully disabled comments so that users cannot call out the gimmick.
If you sign up and give out your payment information, they will make a commission from the sale.
