To find the Halls of the Damned in Diablo 4, you need to go to Scouring Sands in Kehjistan.
You can get there by traveling to the Tarsarak waypoint and going to the northeast.

- Go to Scouring Sands in Kehjistan.

Objectives of the dungeon:
- Destroy the idol of the Overseer and the Seaborn Goddess: 2.
- Travel to the Sepulchrum.
- Activate the levers: 2.
- Defeat the Tomb Lord.
After you’ve completed the dungeon, you’ll be rewarded with the Aspect of Disobedience.
The aspect allows you to gain 0.25% increased armor for 4 seconds when you deal any form of damage, stacking up to 25%.
