  6. Change the account type of the new user to “Administrator”.
  7. Switch to the new account.

After you’ve switched to a new account, the “0x80049dd3” error will be fixed and the “Win+H” Windows speech-to-text feature will work.

Do note that this is a temporary fix for the error code.
