Step 1: Buy Bottle Caps from Delibird Presents

Firstly, you need to buy Bottle Caps from Delibird Presents for 20,000 Pokedollars each.

To unlock Bottle Caps in the shop, you need to defeat 6 gyms first.

Here’s how to get bottle caps:

  1. Beat 6 gyms to unlock bottle caps.
  2. Go to the Delibird Presents shop and buy bottle caps for 20,000 Pokedollars each.

Step 2: Fly to Montenevera to Hyper Train

After you’ve bought Bottle Caps from Delibird Presents, you need to fly to Montenevera.

Once you’re there, go to the back and talk to the guy next to the pile of snow.

He’ll ask you if you want one of your Pokemon to go through Hyper Training.

Select “Yes”, select the Pokemon that you want to train, select “Bottle Caps”, and select the stat that you want to train.
