- Switch to an ice weapon.
- Use an ice attack (e.g., ice melee weapon, ice projectiles) to extinguish the lava pit.
After you’ve used an ice attack on the lava pit, it will be extinguished.
Walk to the lava pit and collect the reward inside of it.
The reward that you’ll get is a gold nucleus.
In some cases, lava pits will spawn on walls.
If that’s the case, you can either use an ice arrow or an ice projectile to extinguish it.
But if a lava pit is on the ground, you can use an ice attack on it.
This will open up the lava pit to reveal a supply potion inside.
If you see a white marker on the map but the lava pit is empty, it means that it’s not live yet.
Hence, you need to wait for a few days for the lava pit to be active.
