How to solve the Lionel puzzle in WoW:

  1. Go to the small island near Dornogal and talk to Lionel the Lion Fish (40.59 59.95).
  2. Go to the shore nearby and find 5 Plump Snapcrabs.
  3. Talk to Lionel and select “Give Lionel the plump crabs”.
  4. Open the treasure chest to get a Sapphire Crab.

Note: The treasure chest will take around 3 to 5 minutes to spawn (so just wait or come back later to claim it).
