How to Lower Link’s Hood in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

To lower Link’s hood in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you need to complete the mayoral election quests.

After you’ve completed them, wear the Hylian hood, talk to Cece, and select “Sure, I’ll remove it”.

Here’s how to do this (expand the screenshots above):

  1. Complete the mayoral election quests with Cece, Reede, Sophie, and Clavia (Hateno village).
  2. Wear the Hylian hood, talk to Cece, and select “Sure, I’ll remove it”.

Now, anytime you equip the hood, it will be lowered.

If you want the hood back up, you can talk to Cece again.
