He can be found walking around in the Small Stronghold northwest of Astra Shelter.
You can find Hyena thugs and giant mushrooms called “Shroomen” in the same area.
Marsha is quite difficult to defeat because he has a lot of health and armor.
After you’ve defeated him, you’ll get the “Marsha the Shroomer” achievement.
You’ll also receive EXP as a reward.
