Fix 1: Check CS2’s status

- Check CS2’s status (API, Sessions, Inventories, Matchmaking).
- If one or more statuses are offline or delayed, it means that CS2 is down.
- Wait for the statuses to be online again before finding a match.
Fix 2: Wait for a few minutes
