Meowscarada is a light-green and magician-like Pokémon that resembles a cat.
It wears a masquerade-like mask that’s black in color and has 4 pink “leaves” protruding from its neck.
At the bottom of the pink “leaves”, two black spikes are protruding downward.
Meowscarada has 3 fingers with black tips and a pink pad on each paw.
It has two green-colored wings that extend from its back to its legs.
Its fur extends until its hip (like a skirt) and its legs are black in color.
Meowscarada’s eyes are pink in color and part of its face is green in color, which is mainly covered by its mask.

Meowscarada is the final evolution of Sprigatito, the starter grass-type Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
