Mysterious Treasure Map Location in Throne and Liberty

Go to the west of Fonos Basin (there will be a lot of Orcs nearby) as day turns to night.

You can check how long until the Night is by hovering over the time icon on the minimap.

Once day turns to night, the Fonos Basin Treasure will spawn (near some dead branches and barricades).

Interact with the treasure to complete the Fourth Story.
