  1. Talk to Kazuki in underground path/sewers, Bleu Sector 4/District (eastern exit of Wild Zone 10).
  2. Enter the 1-Star Hyperspace Wild Zone and catch Clobbopus (grey silhouette).
  3. Level Clobbopus to 35+ and learn Taunt (set as active move).
  4. Evolve Clobbopus to Grapploct to auto-learn Octolock.
  5. Use Octolock Kazuki’s back and the quest will be completed!
