To get the Parasol Talcum in Genshin Impact, you need to open the Event Shop for “Akitsu Kimodameshi”.
After you’ve opened the shop, you can purchase a Parasol Talcum for 600 Courage Test Tickets.
Here’s its description, “Specialized refinement material for Toukabou Shigure”.
“A powdery substance meant to bind bamboo to an umbrella”.
“Even as the season change and the past dissolves, memory and thoughts will always remain, slumbering beneath an umbrella to rest in the shroud of a dream”.

- Open the Akitsu Kimodameshi Event Shop.
- Buy a Parasol Talcum for 600 Courage Test Tickets.
After you’ve got the Parasol, you can use it to refine the Toukabou Shigure.
To do so, open your inventory > Toukabou Shigure > Details > Refine > “+” icon > Parasol Talcum > Refine.
