To fix Roblox pass creation failed, you can try to make your experience public or make a new experience.
Otherwise, you need to wait it out or contact Roblox support for assistance.
Fix 1: Make your experience public
- Go to Roblox Studio and log in to your Roblox account.
- Select “Creations” on the left sidebar.
- Select “Experiences” followed by “Your experience”.
- Hover your mouse over your experience and select the three dots.
- Select “Make Public” and try creating a pass again.
Note: If your experience is already set to public, select “Make Private” instead.
Fix 2: Make a new experience
- Make a new experience and create more passes on there.
- Please Donate will register every pass you have on your account and will add them to your stand.
Fix 3: Wait it out
- If you can’t create a pass, there’s a high change that the Roblox servers are down.
- Your pass could also be under review/moderation.
- Wait for 1 to 3 days before trying to create a pass again.
Fix 4: Contact Roblox support
- Go to https://www.roblox.com/support.
- Log in to your Roblox account.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Select the device are you having the problem on.
- Select “Technical support” as the type of help category.
- Select “Specific Experience Issue” as the sub-category.
- Describe that you can’t create a pass and submit the form.
- Wait for 1 to 3 business days for Roblox’s response.
