- Find the Pay-To-Look viewer at the top of the southeastern building in Newtown.
- Talk to Payton Wall and pay 2,000 scraps to use it.
- Look through the viewer and it will show an arrow pointing towards a tree.
- Head to that tree (northeast of Newtown) and look for a dirt mound on the ground nearby.
- Headbutt / dig the mound repeatedly until the hidden loot chest pops out.
- Open the chest to complete the event and get a shovel as a reward.
