Step 1: Download Delta Emulator
Firstly, you need to download the Delta Emulator:
- Open the App Store and search for “Delta Emulator”.
- Tap on “Get” to download Delta Emulator.
Step 2: Add DS BIOS files (for Nintendo games)
Secondly, you need to add DS files to play Nintendo games:
- Open Safari and go to github.com/Abdess/retroarch_system/tree/libretro/Nintendo%20-%20Nintendo%20DS.
- Tap on all three bios files to download them (bios7.bin, bios9.bin, and firmware.bin).
- Open Delta Emulator and tap on the settings icon.
- Scroll down and tap on “Nintendo DS” under “Core Settings”.
- Tap on each missing “.bin” file (bios7.bin, bios9.bin, and firmware.bin).
- Import each missing “.bin” file by locating and tapping on them in your device’s files/downloads.
Step 3: Download ROM of games
Thirdly, you need to download the ROM (read-only memory files) of games that you want to play:
- Go to https://r-roms.github.io/megathread/popular/.
- Find the game that you want to play and download it.
- Open Delta Emulator and tap on the “+” icon.
- Select the .zip file of the game you’ve just downloaded.
Step 4: Play the game
Lastly, select the game to play it:
- Go to the main menu of Delta Emulator.
- Select the game that you’ve just downloaded to play it!
