- Play the game for about 30 minutes and reach the Borderwatch Outpost.
- Go to the Inn inside the tent, talk to the Innkeeper choose to sleep.
- Talk to the Innkeeper again, select “Organize Storage”, and select “Withdraw”.
- View and withdraw your pre-order items.
Tip #1: If you don’t see your pre-order bonus items, restore your licenses: Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses.
Tip #2: If you don’t see your pre-order bonus items, restart your PS5, enter the game where you’ll get the add-on message, rest at the Inn, and you’ll get the items.
