The Prehistoric event has a couple of mechanics, including the Dino Track (Dino Quests) and the Pet Mutator.
The Dino Track contains 15 different quests that reset every 12 hours, and the Pet Mutator allows you to mutate pets for Dinosaur Eggs or Dinosaurs.

Every 12 hours, Blaire will offer 3 quests for you to complete to get rewards.
After you’ve completed all 3 quests, you’ll get an additional reward.
To get the Bone Blossom seed, you must complete 21 quests in total.

Pet Mutator
Behind the Prehistoric Quest Stand, there is a Dinosaur Eggs Stand, managed by Graham.
To use it, you must equip a pet in your inventory, interact with Graham, and select “Take this Pet”.
When you submit a pet to him, you’ll either get 1-3 Dinosaur Egg(s) or a Dinosaur Pet.
Dinosaur Eggs can be used to hatch Dinosaur Pets or for crafting next to the Prehistoric Quest Stand.
