How to make a private match in Modern Warfare 2
To make a private match in Modern Warfare 2, scroll down to “Multiplayer” and select “Private Match”.
After you’ve selected “Private Match”, select “Create Private Match”.
Now, you need to select a game mode (e.g. Free for All).
It will take a few seconds for the match to be created.
Lastly, you can customize the game by going to “Game Setup” or start the game by selecting “Start Match”.
How to set up bots in Modern Warfare 2
To set up bots in Modern Warfare 2, you need to make a private match and select “Bot Setup”.
After you’ve selected “Bot Setup”, choose the number of bots and the bot difficulty.
Here’s how to do this (the screenshots above are continued from the previous section on how to make a private match):
- Select “Private Match” under “Multiplayer”.
- Select “Create Private Match”.
- Choose a game mode (e.g. Free for All).
- Select Game Setup > Bot Setup.
- Choose the number of bots and the bot difficulty.
After you’ve set up the bots, you can start the game.
Do note that it’ll take some time for the private match to be created.
