To reject Lilith at her secret shrine in Diablo 4, you need to go to the shrine outside of the Dark Ravine Dungeon.
Once you’re there, use the “No” emote in front of the shrine to unlock the cache.

- Go to the shrine outside of the Dark Ravine Dungeon.
- Use the “No” emote in front of the shrine.
After you’ve used the “No” emote, loot the Heretic’s Cache.
If the “No” emote is not shown, you need to customize the wheel and equip it.
