Resident Evil Requiem Examination Room Safe Code

Resident Evil Requiem is the ninth mainline entry in Capcom’s legendary survival horror franchise.

Follow veteran agent Leon S. Kennedy and a new protagonist, FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft.

Toggle between first-person view for Grace’s stealth and a third-person camera for Leon’s action.

The game blends classic resource management and environmental puzzles with cutting-edge visuals.

In this guide, you’ll learn the Examination Room safe code in Resident Evil Requiem (Rhodes Hill), its location, and how to get it.

Resident Evil Requiem Examination Room Safe Code

Code: Right 30 → Left 10 → Right 50

(On Insanity difficulty: Left 50 → Right 30 → Left 90)

Location: This safe is located in the far corner of the Examination Room, inside a cabinet. You’ll reach it after using the keycard in the Central Hall to open the east wing as part of story progression.

Solution: The safe code file can be found in the locker room near the Lead Researcher’s Office. Spin the dial right until you hit 30, then left until you hit 10, and finally right until you hit 50. Wait until you complete all 3 dial turns before attempting to open the safe (pulling the handle early will reset your input). Your reward for cracking it open is 3 Antique Coins.
