To get the Sacrificial Heart in Path of Exile 2, you must defeat enemies in Utzaal.
The Sacrificial Heart is a random drop from an enemy in Utzaal.
Once you’ve obtained it, go to the ritual altar in Aggorat and place the heart on it.
Lastly, use the Sacrificial Dagger to stab the Sacrificial Heart to get two skill points.
