How to send crypto from Binance to Coinbase
To send crypto from Binance to Coinbase, you need to navigate to the receiving page on Coinbase.
Secondly, copy the crypto address that you want to receive.
Thirdly, log in to Binance and navigate to the crypto that you want to send.
Lastly, send the crypto to Coinbase by pasting the receiver’s address.
The transaction will typically take 30 to 60 minutes to complete.
However, if there’s network congestion, it can take longer than 60 minutes to complete.
You can check the withdrawal status by navigating to the “Transaction History” page on Binance.
Here is how to send crypto from Binance to Coinbase:
- Click on “Send / Receive” on Coinbase
- Copy the crypto address that you want to receive
- Navigate to the crypto that you want to send on Binance
- Send your crypto to from Binance to Coinbase
1. Click on “Send / Receive” on Coinbase
The first step is to navigate to the receiving page on Coinbase.
Firstly, open the desktop version of Coinbase (coinbase.com) and log in to your account.
You can also use the Coinbase mobile app for this.
For the purpose of this guide, we’ll use the desktop version of Coinbase instead.
Once you’re on Coinbase, you’ll see a couple of buttons on the header.
This includes “Buy / Sell” and “Send / Receive”.
Since you’re looking to receive crypto, click on “Send / Receive”.
If the receiver is not you, you need to ask them to click on “Send / Receive”.
2. Copy the crypto address that you want to receive
After you or the receiver have clicked on “Send / Receive”, a pop-up will open.
By default, you’ll be on the “Send” tab.
Firstly, click on “Receive” to open the “Receive” tab.
Now, you’ll see a QR code, the asset, and the asset’s address.
Secondly, you need to select the cryptocurrency that you want to receive.
You can do so by clicking on the “Asset” option and selecting the crypto that you want to receive.
For example, if you want to receive Bitcoin, click on “Asset”, and click on “Bitcoin”.
After you’ve selected the crypto that you want to receive, you’ll see its address under it.
For example, if you’ve selected “Bitcoin”, you’ll see your BTC address.
Click on the duplicate icon to copy your crypto address (e.g. BTC) and proceed to the next step.
If you’re not the receiver, you need to ask them to copy their crypto address by following the steps above.
3. Navigate to the crypto that you want to send on Binance
After you’ve copied the crypto address (e.g. Bitcoin) from Coinbase, you’ll be able to send Bitcoin to it.
Firstly, go to binance.com and log in to your account.
You can also use the Binance mobile app for this.
For the purpose of this guide, we’ll use the desktop version of Binance.
Once you’re on Binance, click on “Wallet” on the header.
This will open a list of options including “Overview”, “Fiat and Spot”, and “Margin”.
Click on “Fiat and Spot” to go to your fiat and spot wallet.
On your fiat and spot wallet, you’ll see the balances of cryptocurrencies that you own.
Lastly, you need to navigate to the crypto that you want to send to Coinbase.
For example, if you want to send Bitcoin, click on “Withdraw” next to Bitcoin.
4. Send your crypto to from Binance to Coinbase
After you’ve clicked on “Withdraw” on the crypto that you want to send to Coinbase, you’ll land on the withdrawal page
On the withdrawal page, you’ll see a couple of dropdown boxes and fields.
This includes “Coin”, “Address”, “Network”, and “Amount”.
There are 4 steps to the withdrawal process.
This includes initiating a withdrawal, getting the address, waiting for the network confirmation, and a successful deposit.
Firstly, you need to select the cryptocurrency that you want to send to Coinbase in the “Coin” dropdown box.
For example, if you want to send Bitcoin, click on the “Coin” dropdown box and select “Bitcoin”.
Secondly, you need to paste the receiver’s address that you’ve copied from the second step.
For example, if you’re sending Bitcoin, you need to paste the receiver’s Bitcoin address from Coinbase.
Thirdly, you need to select the correct network.
For example, if you’re sending Bitcoin, the right network is “Bitcoin”.
On the other hand, if you’re sending Ethereum, the right network is “ERC20”.
Fourthly, enter the amount of crypto that you want to send in the “Amount” field.
Lastly, click on “Withdraw” to send the crypto from Binance to Coinbase!
Keep in mind that you’ll need to complete a security verification to send the crypto.
This includes either a mobile, email or google authenticator.
The withdrawal process will typically take 30 to 60 minutes to complete.
