The Sisters of Garukhan in Path of Exile 2 is located in a pillar in the Spires of Deshar.
Once you’re there, interact with the Shrine to receive a permanent 10% lightning reduction.
After you’ve interacted with the Shrine, a group of Kinarha will spawn and you can use AOE attacks to quickly clear them.
If your lightning resistance is negative or zero, it’s because there’s a 10% debuff to your elemental resistances after every act.
Hence, the 10% debuff will be subtracted from the 10% buff and you’ll get a 0% lightning resistance.
